I’ve been living in the Czech Republic since 1994. What I am showing here is not my first experience in slaughtering an animal at my brother-in-law’s house, but one of the most recent ones. We have these every once in a while and for a variety of reasons (anniversaries, birthdays, the need to fill a freezer) but they are always family events (for now, at least 3 generations) and not an ounce is ever wasted.
